Welcome to Cedar & Fog Co. By accessing or purchasing from cedarandfogco.com (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them.

1. Our products Cedar & Fog Co. sells apparel and goods that are made to order. Product images are mockups or representations — actual colors may vary slightly due to your screen, garment dye lots, and the made-to-order printing process. Minor variations are normal and are not considered defects.

2. Prices & payment All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD). We may update prices, products, and promotions at any time without notice. Payment is processed securely at checkout, and your order is confirmed once payment is received.

3. Orders We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing or listing errors, or product unavailability. You are responsible for providing accurate order and shipping information.

4. Shipping & returns Shipping timelines and rates are described in our Shipping Policy. Because items are made to order, returns are limited to defective, damaged, or incorrect items, as described in our Returns & Refunds policy.

5. Intellectual property All content on this Site — including the Cedar & Fog Co. name, logos, designs, artwork, graphics, photography, and text — is owned by Cedar & Fog Co. and protected by applicable law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any of it without our written permission.

6. Acceptable use You agree to use the Site lawfully, and not to misuse it, attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to it, or infringe on the rights of others.

7. Limitation of liability The Site and our products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cedar & Fog Co. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.

8. Governing law These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the laws of Canada applicable therein.

9. Changes to these Terms We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page, and your continued use of the Site means you accept any changes.
