What sizes do you carry, and how do I find my fit?

Our tees run relaxed and true to size — size down if you want it closer through the body. Our crewnecks (Cabin Crew, Ember Crew, Nightfall Crew) run a little snug, so size up if you want room for a layer underneath. Full sizing details are listed on every product page. Still not sure? Email us at hello@cedarandfogco.com and we'll help you pick.

What's your return and exchange policy?

Everything we make is made to order, just for you, so we can't accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind or the wrong size. But if your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or wrong, that's on us — email hello@cedarandfogco.com within 30 days with your order number and a couple of photos, and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund. How long will my order take to arrive?

Every piece is made to order, so production takes about 2–5 business days before it ships. After that, delivery within Canada usually takes 2–7 business days, and delivery within the US usually takes 3–8 business days. Most orders land within 1–2 weeks of ordering.

How much does shipping cost?

$8 flat on orders under $75. Free shipping on orders $75 and over.

What are your pieces made of, and how do I care for them?

Our tees are 100% ring-spun cotton, garment-dyed and pre-shrunk — machine wash cold, inside out, tumble dry low. Our crewnecks are a heavyweight 8.5 oz fleece with a 100% cotton face — machine wash cold, tumble dry low, reshape while damp. Our caps are spot clean only. Why is everything made to order?

Because we'd rather make it right than make it fast. Every piece is printed or embroidered after you order it, on Vancouver Island's schedule, not a warehouse's — which also means no overproduction sitting in a bin somewhere. It's why production takes a few days before your order ships.

Is checkout secure, and what payment methods do you accept?

Yes — checkout runs through Shopify's encrypted, secure checkout. We accept all major credit cards, along with fast options like Shop Pay and Apple Pay.
