Shipping Policy
Everything we make is made to order, one piece at a time — here's what to expect.

Where we ship: Canada only.

Made to order: Every piece is printed or embroidered just for you after you order, so production takes about 2–5 business days before it ships.

Delivery: Once shipped, delivery within Canada is usually 2–7 business days. Most orders arrive within 1–2 weeks of ordering.

Shipping rates: $8 flat on orders under $75; free shipping on orders $75 and over.

Tracking: You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Address accuracy: Please double-check your address at checkout — we may not be able to change it once production starts.
