Shipping Policy
Everything we make is made to order, one piece at a time — here's what to expect.

Where we ship: Canada-wide. US shipping is coming soon! 

Made to order: Every piece is printed or embroidered just for you after you order, so production takes about 2–5 business days before it ships.

Delivery: Once shipped, delivery within Canada is usually 2–7 business days — most orders arrive within 1–2 weeks.

Shipping rates: $8 flat on orders under $100; free shipping on orders $100 and over.

A note on multiple shipments: Some of our colors and styles are crafted at different facilities, so once in a while the items in a single order may ship separately and arrive on different days — at no extra cost to you. And on rare occasions, an item shipping from outside Canada may be subject to a small customs or import fee on delivery. That fee is set by the carrier and customs, not by us — but if it ever causes a problem, reach out and we'll take care of you, everytime. 

Tracking: You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Address accuracy: Please double-check your address at checkout — we may not be able to change it once production starts.
